Company Profile
Korea China System IC Institute was established in May 2012. It is the first public welfare public R&D institution in the form of international cooperation between the Korean government (Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy) and the Shenzhen Municipal Government. And in August 2020, a branch institution of the Research Institute was established in Shanghai, China.
The goal of the institute is to create a tailor-made industrial platform for Korean semiconductor design companies and Chinese IT manufacturing companies; to promote the semiconductor-related development of the two countries through joint R&D and providing the necessary environment (business space, technical support, joint R&D project investment, etc.) Maximize communication between enterprises.
Main research and development areas: system chips; power semiconductors; sensors; other cutting-edge technologies such as smart city application technologies.
